I didn't have a lot of money left in my attire budget, and all of the veils at the store seemed so expensive.  Since a veil wasnt something I wanted to spend a lot on, I was planning on buying a plain one online and decorating it myself.  I decided to try some on at the store and see what style I wanted, and then I found this veil.  It perfectly matched my dress.  When I looked at the price tag it was less the half of the price of the others!  It turns out it was the last one of a discontinued model, and it just happened to be the right shade and had no defects.  Because it was the last one they gave me an additional 15%, and so the final price was ~$45.  Amazing-for such a beautiful veil!

 

 

Both my FI and I grew up in Tucson and always knew we would get married there.  More specifically I knew I wanted to get married in the foothills of the mountains that surround town.  I love the bright clear skies, the mountain views in one direction and the city views in the other. 

The Hacienda del Sol is the perfect venue for this...it not only meets the view requirements, it also has a spectacular charm.  It is a historic hotel and former resort destination for movie stars.  It has small courtyards with many bright flowers and a charming feel.

The restaurant at the Hacienda is a five star grill, and our tasting exceeded every expectation I had. 

I am so excited for the big day!!
