I am originally from Cullman Alabama. It's a pretty small town, where you know everyone (VERY unlike Atlanta). I grew up there and love going home to visit family! I attended West Point School from kindergarten to graduation and then went for a year at a community college in cullman. In 2007, I transferred to Auburn University and lived with 2 of my best friends. At Auburn I am majoring in Psychology and couldn't be happier! After I graduate in August 2010, I want to 1. get married! and 2. find a job either counseling or teaching, I'm not really sure yet. I have a yorkie named Paris, and Caleb loves her! (ha!) She will be living with us after the wedding! I am just absolutely thrilled to start planning and I cannot wait to be Caleb's wife!

Unlike my lovely fiance, I am from Atlanta Georgia. I have spent my entire life (or close to it) living there and progressing through the ranks of Trinity School and Whitefield Academy. In 2005, I finally entered the college world in Alabama at Auburn University. Since an early age, computing and myself have gotten along, so it was only fitting that I get my degree in Software Engineering. Upon graduation, this December (2009), I plan to enter into a nice development job and focus on moving into a managerial position at a medium to large scale software firm. In addition to all this love for technology, I also have a passion for music, and plan on having a nice studio of my own one day.
Caleb and I first met the day after I moved to Auburn in 2007. He was my best friend's boyfriend's roommate and we nicknamed him "redhead" because we hadn't learned everyone's name yet. That night me, my roommates, Caleb, and his roommates all went to a party at a mutual friends house. Caleb and I really hit it off that night! We started chatting constantly, my roommates would make fun of me because I was always on my computer talking to Caleb. We took about a month to really get to know each other and then finally it was official, we were dating!
Caleb and I started officially dating on September 8, 2007 and have been inseperable since that day! We consider ourselves truly blessed to have found each other. We have experienced so much together while here at Auburn, and we cannot wait to start our lives together! :)

I had no clue Caleb was going to propose! We had planned a weekend in Atlanta to celebrate out 2 year anniversary and I was so excited! Saturday we spent the day going to The Atlanta Botanical Gardens which was pretty cool, we had a great time, but what we were really looking forward to was dinner! yum!
So, after the Botanical Gardens we went home to get ready for Dante's. When we finally got there, we got seated in a really cozy table for two. I ordered chicken and it was AMAZING! I ate so much, Caleb didn't even finish his, I thought that was a little weird, but I was like oh well! So, we decided to order Daiquiris for dessert, but I had forgot my ID in the car, so Caleb said he would go get it for me. When he FINALLY got back he didn't have my ID and I asked why he didn't get it, and he told me they said it would be okay. I thought "Is that legal?", but I didn't worry too much with it because before I knew it they were already serving them to us.. without us ordering! Caleb said he had told them downstairs, so I said works for me! Then, not even a minute later, they bring out a covered silver platter and the manager says it's their "special dessert" and even gives us forks! Me and Caleb are both just staring at it so I say "what is it?" and he just smiles (I guess he was really nervous) so I asked if he was gonna open it, he said "you want to?" and I said "well... yeah" I was thinking, what else would we do! So he opened it and under it was the ring box! Although it took me about 5 seconds to realize it wasn't cake! ha! Before I realized what was happening, Caleb was on his knee saying "Will you marry me?" all I remember saying was "Oh My Gosh! YES!" and vaguely hearing applause in the background! I was SO shocked! After the complete shock wore off, we sat down and I FINALLY got a look at the ring and fell in love! It's exactly what I had pictured, he did an Amazing job picking it out! It was hands down the best night of my life!
Looking back now, there are probably some things I should have caught on to. Like the constant calls and text from people that he couldn't tell me about, but I still had no idea it was coming! I had known since practically a month into our relationship that Caleb was the man I was going to marry. He's perfect for me in every way and such a blessing! I know he is going to make the most amazing husband, he's already an amazing fiance!
