Weddingbee bios

 

I am a 25-year old marketing director for a marketing agency in Chandler, AZ. My FI is a 26-year old Army combat medic who plans to become a physician's assistant when he's out of the military (only 2.5 more years!!!)

We're a fun-loving, travel-loving, movie-loving couple who spend every day of our lives pondering how lucky we are to have one another.

We live 4000 miles apart but talk as often as we can and see each other every 2-3 months. We've been doing the long-distance thing since the day we met and have traveled over 30,000 miles to see one another over the course of our relationship (so far). We plan to continue long distance even after we're married since I have a good job and a home here, and we're not interested in having me follow him around the country for the last few years he's in service.

I can't wait to marry the most amazing man I've ever met! We'll be getting married on March 25, 2011 at the same garden my parents were married in 30 years ago. We're creating a vintage romantic evening filled with fun, music, games, and s'mores. (Along with a few surprises for my soon-to-be-hubby.)

My wonderful FI proposed to me at this lake in Prescott, Arizona during our last trip together. We hadn't seen each other in 3 months and it was a lovely, picture-perfect location for him to ask me to be his wife. We got a little bored waiting for sunset, so he popped the question a bit early, but I was more than happy to get it over with (it was hot, I was sitting on a log in a nice dress, and we had hiked to this location in our dress clothes, eek!)
