Congratulations on your wedding! We had our wedding at the Cator Woolford Gardens recently in April. It was sooo beautiful. We had a nice sunny day so everything worked out so well for us. We also rented an additional tent. The tent was 30x60 and it was too big (for the circular area) so we couldn't get it too close to the pavilion area. I'm glad to hear that they are replacing the gravel in the existing tent. Concrete would be a lot easier to walk on in heels & your dress won't be filty dirty after the wedding.
We also used Spectrum Entertainment & they were amazing. It was definitely money well spent. Hope everything works out for you. Erin is really a great person to work with.

Also, if you're considering using the pavilion area as your dance floor & stage, I would recommend getting someone to look at additional lighting options. That area is really dark with existing light at night. We used 20 white laterns with battery operated LED and it was still pretty dark.
