Weddingbee Boards

I met my FI at a little Dance Hall in Houston Texas.  I was there with my cousin who had just broken up with her boyfriend and he was there celebrating his 29th birthday!

My cousin and I hadn't been asked to dance all night long and had started feeling sorry for ourselves.  Determined to prove to her that we weren't too old to be asked to dance I said, "I would go ask someone. Why do we have to wait on them to ask us to dance?"  She dared me so I hopped up off my bar stool and walked over to this group of guys standing near the dance floor.  I tapped my FI on the shoulder and said, "Can you Dance?"  He replied, "Yes, I can." 

So we went out on the dance floor and to my surprise he actually could dance.  So later in the evening after many more dances, we exchanged phone numbers. 

Who would have thought that that night would be the start of something much more!
