Your orchids are beautiful!  I just recieved the preserved white orchids from Save-on-Crafts and was really disappointed.  They look yellowish and like paper rather than a real orchid.  I was curious how your purple orchids look and feel.  The company is giving me a refund and says that the manufacturer sent them the wrong product, but now I’m afraid to order them again.  I want them to hot glue to manzanita branches that we will hang votives from and place in urns for centerpieces. Can you let me know what if preserved orchids really should look and feel real, or do they always appear like paper?

Those are beautiful! I was concerned about how to keep flowers from floating to the top. I understand that the branches you cut are the same height as the vase, so even if there was some floating, you wouldn’t really notice it. But if you cut the branches short, would it float or stay at the bottom?

Those are beautiful! I really love the look (and the price)! Since the orchid blooms are preserved, you can make them super far ahead of time? I’m itching to get started on my DIY’s, but with 9 months out I’m feeling a bit limited.

MyPurpleWedding I am hoping you can help me out with something. I am trying to find the right color orchids for my centerpieces. On the Save on Crafts website, the orchids look more purple. I need moreof a magenta. Here are my colors:

In your photos, the orchids look more magenta (which I LOVE). How would you describe the colors?

Thank you for your help!!
