Next is my FI's younger brother (who lost out to Collins for best man). Him being in the wedding party surprises no one, since my FI and his brother are thick as thieves.
What was surprising to me was my FI's choice for his 3rd groomsman- my younger brother John! I knew my FI was a keeper when my brother, who was usually standoffish with my exs, gave him a huge seal of approval. My FI and my brother often hang out and have turned out to be pretty good friends. Makes me all warm and gushy inside!
