We had planned to celebrate my 28th birthday and our 8 month anniversary at Table 8...the restaurant where we had our first date. It ended up being a stormy Monday night and after the excitement of opening all of my birthday gifts from Dean...I just wanted to put on my pj's, order in food, and watch a movie. So, that is exactly what we did!
I got acquainted with my new MacBook Air...had a yummy dinner...but, didn't even make it through the opening of 7 pounds. The next thing I remember is waking up to Dean looking over me on the couch and as I was realizing that something was on my finger...he says..."Crystal, I love you! Will you marry me?!"
He had already slipped my beautiful engagement ring on my finger while I was sleeping. Inside the sparkly ring he had engraved...I FOUND YOU. We spent the rest of the evening celebrating together over our favorite bottle of wine and finally had the chance to "officially" begin planning our special day!
