We had an amazing 4 tiered cake with different layers for each one. The top and bottom layer was a white cake with caramel mousse filling, the 2nd layer was white cake with amaretto & raspberry jam filling and the 3rd layer was a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling. The whole cake was buttercream frosting and had white chocolate shells dusted with luster-dust. It tasted amazing, I only wish I ate more than a couple bites!
