Weddingbee Boards

Together we are best friends, chocolate-eaters, pet-lovers, wannabe vegetarians, avid readers, and fake Texans.  But mostly, we are different.  He is an introspective man with an engineer's mind, a penchant for working out, a commitment to the military, and a love for the outdoors.  I talk faster and more than most people I know, eat out like it's my job, suffer from "career du jour" (today a photographer! tomorrow a laywer!) and am happy to be outside... if it involves sitting out there or taking a nap on a hammock.  He's from Georgia but resists the plural of you; I am from New York and have adopted "y'all" like it's my most precious baby.  He reads books about our environmental issues and tomes about politics, and I love to pick up a good romance novel or a piece of Faulkner.  His cat is named after a video game character, and mine is named after a juicy piece of food (okay, ALL of my animals are named after food... I can't break the habit).  We are a little bit alike but a whole lot of different, and we love it.
